The Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) Bauchi State Chapter has conducted its Wards Congress across the 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the state.
Speaking on the election, chairperson of the Wards Congress Central Planning Committee, Hajiya Lami Saraki, said this milestone marks a crucial step towards nominating delegates for the upcoming elections.
"We conduct our congresses on 2nd October, 2024 without any incidents, demonstrating the party's readiness and dedication to securing all elected positions in the 2027 elections."
"I am thrilled with the enthusiasm and commitment displayed by our party members. This success sets the tone for our future victories," Lami added.
She also announced that the party will conduct LGA Delegates Congress on 7-8 October, 2024 while State Delegates Congress will be held on October 10-11, 2024.
According to her, the ZLP Bauchi State Chapter is confident that these congresses will further solidify its position as a formidable force in the state's political landscape.
