Hajiya Hadiza Muhammad Nami, wife of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Niger State, Malam Muhammad Nami, has donated National Examinations Council (NECO) registration forms to 500 indigent students across the state’s three senatorial zones.

The donation is part of her ongoing efforts to support grassroots education and ensure that financially disadvantaged students have the opportunity to sit for the NECO examinations and obtain the qualifications required to pursue higher education.

Speaking during the presentation of the forms, Hajiya Hadiza Muhammad Nami urged the beneficiaries to study hard and pass all the subjects they registered for in a single sitting.

She encouraged them to take their studies seriously, noting that successful completion of the examinations would help them meet the academic requirements for the next stage of their educational journey, including the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

According to her, the initiative is aimed at helping the beneficiaries proceed to universities and other tertiary institutions, where they can pursue degrees in their chosen fields of study.

Hajiya Hadiza Muhammad Nami described education as a vital tool for overcoming poverty in the modern world, urging the students to pursue their education to at least the first-degree level.

She said acquiring education would equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to improve their lives, overcome poverty and contribute meaningfully to society.

In their separate responses, the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to Hajiya Hadiza Muhammad Nami for the support, pledging to study diligently and pass their NECO examinations in one sitting.
