The Director General of the Niger State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), Amb. Dr. Nmma, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Governor of Niger State, Farmer (Dr.) Mohammed Umaru Bago, as he celebrates his 51st birthday on Saturday, 22nd February 2025.
In his congratulatory message, Amb. Nmma described the occasion as a significant milestone, marking another year of dedicated service, transformative leadership, and unwavering commitment to the development of Niger State.
Governor Bago, fondly known as the "Farmer Governor," has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for agriculture, rural development, and sustainable growth. According to the DG, under Bago’s leadership, the state has recorded remarkable progress in key sectors, including agriculture, education, healthcare, and infrastructure. His innovative policies and hands-on approach have earned him widespread admiration and respect both within and beyond the state.
