The Emnamu Foundation, a humanitarian organization based in Yola, has donated a Highlander car to St. Theresa's Catholic Church in the Yola Diocese. The donation took place on Tuesday.

Presenting the car keys to the Catholic Bishop of Yola, Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza, Dr. Emmanuel Musa, the founder of the organization, was represented by Mr. Chakukuyada Godwin. He stated that the foundation made the donation in recognition of the church’s contributions to humanitarian service.

"Everyone knows the significant role you play in serving humanity. That is why we are here today—to appreciate your efforts and offer our support in touching the lives of people in the state," Godwin said.

Handing over the keys, he added, "Sir, on behalf of the Emnamu Foundation, this is a small token of our appreciation. We present this vehicle to you."

In his response, Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza expressed his heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Yola and the Justice, Development, and Peace Commission.

"I take this opportunity to sincerely thank the president of the Emnamu Foundation for this generous gesture and support as we continue to serve humanity," he said.

"This donation is truly an encouragement for us and others to do more for the people. The Emnamu Foundation has now gained recognition, and with the work it is doing at the national level, it will continue to make a great impact by God's grace."

The Bishop also commended Dr. Emmanuel Musa’s dedication to humanitarian service.

"Dr. Emmanuel's commitment to this foundation is a commitment to humanity itself. He is exceptionally active and unique in his service to others. He is a humble and selfless person who prioritizes the well-being of humanity above all else," he added.

"He provides support regardless of religion, tribe, or culture. He sees everyone as part of one human family. I pray for him and encourage him to continue his good work. I also assure him that this strong vehicle will be used in service to the ordinary people of the Diocese of Yola, fulfilling its intended purpose," Bishop Mamza concluded.
