The Member of the House of Representatives representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency, Hon. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi, has launched the 2026 edition of his Free Medical Outreach Programme to provide healthcare services to residents of the constituency.
Speaking shortly after declaring the programme open, Ango expressed appreciation to the people of Sabon Gari for their continued support and cooperation.
He said the medical outreach was designed to contribute to the well-being of his constituents, assuring beneficiaries that the exercise would be conducted in an organised and efficient manner.
The lawmaker also thanked government officials, political leaders, councillors, traditional rulers, community leaders and other stakeholders who attended the event.
He specifically acknowledged the former Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Aminu Abdullahi Shagali; the ALGON Chairman in Kaduna State, Hon. ShAlbany Jameel Abubakar; the Senior Special Adviser on Inter-Community Relations, Hon. Umar Uba Maichitta; the Senior Special Adviser on Labour, Malam Adamu Samaila; and other representatives of the Kaduna State Government.
Ango said the support and cooperation of the stakeholders were crucial to the success of initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and development of residents of Sabon Gari Federal Constituency.
He also expressed appreciation to the Hakimi of Basawa District, Arch. Haruna Abdulkarim, Barde Kerarriyan Zazzau, as well as other district heads, traditional rulers and community leaders, for attending the programme.
The 2026 Free Medical Outreach is part of efforts to support access to healthcare services among residents of the constituency.
Ango thanked all participants and stakeholders for their contributions towards the success of the programme.
