Boston Celtics have defeated the Atlanta Hawks 123 to 115 at Philips Arena.
The Hawks were the better side of the match and won the opening quarter 34 to 28 and despite losing by 2-points in the next quarter, they went to their locker room with a 62 to 60 advantage.
However, the Celtics regrouped after the break and overpowered the hosts 35 to 22. The Hawks once again fought back and grabbed the final quarter by 3 points, but it was all in vain and the Celtics earned their 4th consecutive victory.
Jason Tatum tallied 28 points for the Celtics, while Trae Young bagged 34 for the Hawks.
Meanwhile, in a battle at the bottom of the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks edged past the Cleveland Cavaliers 139 to 134 at the Quicken Loans Arena.
The Caves dominated the match after finishing the 3rd quarter by 5 points ahead.
However, the Knicks came from behind and leveled the match at 127-all at the end of regulation time. The match was sent to a decider where the Knicks finished it 12 to 7 to register their 15th win in the season.
