Upon his resumption as chief executive officer of Jigawa state has revealed his government agenda in the following sectors to ensure transparency, and accountability through lofty policies and good practices of democratic culture norms, and principles to the best globally acceptable democratic practices in accordance with the rule of law and due process anchored with the protection of lives, properties and fundamental rights of humanity across Jigawa state
Effective and sound Agricultural policy:His Excellency, Malam Umar Namadi has swung into viable actions by bringing the best globally acceptable agricultural technology, scientific research, and technological innovation across the state by robustly upscaling sustainability in agriculture development and investment by deploying the right investment promotion ideas in mechanized farming techniques with smart-agric policies, formidable initiatives, and development that will ensure all year round food production through irrigation research and strategic partnership with both domestic and international development partners to encourage investment and growth across the state to enhance food sufficiency, employment, and agricultural opportunities across the citizens of Jigawa state, and this has been of the great priorities of Malam Umar A.Namadi of Jigawa state.
HEALTH SECTOR: The governor in untiring efforts to promote best practices in the health universal coverage initiatives across the state through improved and innovative accessible and affordable health care systems for all the great citizens of Jigawa state via expansion of contributory health scheme for the benefits of all.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: one of the fundamental areas of today’s world is the improved skills in information technology, research, and innovation initiatives for sustainable and positive economic growth in Jigawa State, and these ideas have been subscribed by people governor Malam Umar Namadi of Jigawa state to ensure compliance in the emancipation of digital economy, skills, and research purposes and to equally leverage such, His Excellency Malam Umar Namadi make it a priority for achieving socio-economic development, excellence and sustainability In technology investment promotion, management and effectiveness thereby reclaiming the past glory of Jigawa state as the genuine and charismatic leader on global e-governance
MANPOWER: in the aspect of manpower sustainability across the state, the executive has subscribed to the idea of investing in people by creating a conducive atmosphere for youth empowerment, employment opportunities, empowerment, and productivity via vocational training and capacity-building training of state civil servants to enhance productivity, modern democratic governance skills and place the state on the recognized map of excellence, growth, and prosperity across Nigeria and by the extension African continent.

The Governor has been geared towards achieving success in the areas of working hand in hand with development partners across the globe to attract and achieve sustainable development goals.
EDUCATION: the Jigawa state government under Malam Umar Namadi-led administration has achieved excellence and extensive successes and development in improving the systems of Islamic, primary, secondary, and tertiary education across the state by ensuring timely recruitment of additional qualified teachers, sustainable provision of instructional materials and adequate funding to all the said institutions.
Governor Malam Umar Namadi, being an architect of the new Jigawa state and modern governance and development infrastructure, has focused his attention with keen interest in the areas of expansion of renewable programs thereby creating massive development and job opportunities via sustainable economic growth, sustainable development, and prosperity across the plans of expansion on affordable housing projects, urban development and strengthening best practices of global land management, landscaping, sustainability, fair and acceptable reforms to repositioning the state above her contemporaries across the Federation.

IGR: the administration of Malam Umar Namadi APC led government, has focused on a sustainable agenda on the present drive by enhancing the IGR with a total focus on the growth of the number of industries via supporting Small and medium enterprises' developmental drives and engagement of professionals and consulting firms to deploy strategies in achieving at least 40 percent of the State allocation or subventions within the first two years of Governor Umar namadi led government across Jigawa state of Nigeria.
