Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Zamfara State chapter, extends congratulations to the Muslim Umma in the state for entering yet another Holy Month of Ramadan in 2024, on behalf of all party leaders, the state working committee, executives, and members.
"We urge all Muslims in the state to utilize this sacred month for recommitting to their faith and strengthening their bond with the Almighty Allah Subhaanahu Wa Taalah by engaging in continuous reading and comprehension of the Holy Qur’an, and adhering closely to the teachings and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad Sallallaahu Alaihi Wassallama", the statement said.
Yusuf Idris Gusau, the APC Publicity Secretary of Zamfara State, emphasized in a statement issued to journalists in Gusau:
'Let us exemplify kindness towards our neighbors and extend assistance to the less fortunate during the fasting period".
"Furthermore, let us promote the practice of giving alms (Sadaka) and consistently pray for enhanced peace, security, and national advancement."
"During Ramadan, let us offer special prayers for Allah's intervention in alleviating the prevailing hardships, as Ramadan is a month abundant with Allah's blessings."
"We applaud our party leaders for their efforts in providing relief, including food and other essentials, to the citizens, which undoubtedly mitigates hardship in the state. We trust they will continue in this endeavor."
"May Allah accept all our prayers and deeds throughout the Holy Month and beyond."
