Supervisors provided comprehensive reports highlighting field challenges and offered recommendations to improve future phases of the exercise.
Presiding over the meeting, the Honourable Commissioner, Alhaji Umar Ahmed Sanda Rebe (Jonwuron Minna), underscored the vital role of pastoralist youth in the sustainability and success of the ministry’s initiatives. He called on all stakeholders to work diligently and selflessly to uphold the ministry’s mission and make the Niger State Government proud.

He announced that preparations for the second phase of the data capturing exercise, which will cover 11 additional local government areas, are already in progress.
The Zone B Coordinator and National Youth Leader of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, Comrade Abubakar Babangida, also commended the Niger State Government for revitalizing the ministry and bringing pastoralist communities closer to governance.
