The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has commended the outstanding participation of its female officers at the 62nd Annual Training Conference of the International Association of Women Police (IAWP).
The global event, which brings together women in law enforcement from across the world, provides a platform for knowledge-sharing and the advancement of policing practices.
According to the NPF, its delegation actively engaged in sessions covering emerging technologies, ethical policing, and strategies for building community trust.
The Force described the contributions of its female officers as a “stepping stone” toward further progress in Nigeria’s policing system, while also highlighting that their participation enhances the visibility of Nigerian women in law enforcement.
In a statement posted on its official X handle, the NPF said:
“We are exceptionally proud of our female officers at the ongoing International Association of Women Police (IAWP) 62nd Annual Training Conference.
