The Bauchi Area Manager of Cloud Energy, Hajiya Zainab Ibrahim Gyaryar, has paid a courtesy visit to Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin, in his office, to strengthen business relations and explore strategic partnerships aimed at promoting sustainable energy solutions across Nigeria.
Cloud Energy, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, has been working closely with stakeholders across Nigeria and the African continent to support economic development, energy access, and environmental sustainability. The company employs over 100,000 staff across various departments, including technical operations, engineering, maintenance, and solar panel installation—all adhering to globally recognised standards.
During the visit, Dr. Zainab Ibrahim Gyaryar emphasised the company’s commitment to building strong partnerships with public officeholders to facilitate large-scale solar energy projects. She described Senator Barau Jibrin as a respected and influential figure whose support could enhance the implementation of clean energy initiatives across the country.
“We are proud to be associated with reputable leaders such as Senator Barau Jibrin. His support for innovation and infrastructure development is admirable,” she said.
She further urged political stakeholders—governors, ministers, senators, and members of the House of Representatives—to sign Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Cloud Energy in order to advance the company’s mission to “light up Nigeria and Africa.” According to her, this would contribute significantly to economic growth, job creation, and poverty alleviation.
Dr. Zainab also revealed that Cloud Energy has executed several high-impact projects across Africa and is now expanding its footprint through new agreements with European companies for large-scale solar panel installations.
She reaffirmed the company’s dedication to delivering sustainable energy solutions that align with both national development goals and global climate commitments.
