The Director General of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), Amb. Dr. Abubakar Nma Ahmed, popularly known as Bulaman Minna, has congratulated the Governor of Niger State, Farmer Dr. Mohammed Umaru Bago, on the occasion of his 52nd birthday.
In a congratulatory message, the RAAMP Director General described Governor Bago as a visionary leader whose unwavering dedication and commitment to the progress of Niger State continue to inspire confidence among citizens.
“Your Excellency, as you mark this significant milestone, I join countless others in celebrating your visionary leadership, unwavering dedication and profound commitment to the progress and prosperity of Niger State. Your selfless service and tireless efforts to uplift the lives of the people continue to inspire hope and admiration across the state and beyond,” he said.
Amb. Dr. Abubakar Nma Ahmed prayed for continued divine guidance, wisdom and good health for the governor as he steers the affairs of the state.
“May this special day bring you immense joy, renewed strength and abundant blessings. I pray that Almighty Allah continues to guide and protect you, granting you wisdom, good health and success in all your endeavours as you lead Niger State to greater heights,” he added.
He wished the governor a happy 52nd birthday and expressed optimism that his legacy of service and leadership would continue to shine in the years ahead.
