The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Niger State Council, has directed workers employed in 2024 who have outstanding salary arrears to submit relevant documents for processing to facilitate payment on or before November 11, 2026.
The directive was contained in a notice issued by the NLC Niger State Council and signed by the council's secretary in Minna.
According to the notice, affected workers are required to submit the documents at the Labour House, IBB Road, Minna, between November 4 and 11, 2026.
The council listed the required documents as bank statements covering the period from the date of appointment to date, first appointment letters, letters of resumption of duty and a payslip for any month.
It urged all affected workers to ensure that the required documents are submitted within the stipulated period, warning that late submissions would not be entertained.
The NLC emphasised that the submission window would remain open for only one week, calling on all concerned workers to comply promptly with the directive.
