Bauchi state House of Assembly Committee on Public Health has paid a familiarization and courtesy call to the College of Health Sciences and Technology Ningi to assess the standard of facilities in the college with the view of improving learning in the public institutions across the state.
The Chairman of the committee, Hon Jadori led the said delegation to the school to inspect facilities for proper enhancement of learning, research purposes and technological findings among others.
In another development, the committee chairman Hon Jadori mentioned that the college has all the required standards and procedures to move forward in the areas of public health, health sciences and technological innovations across the divides.
According to the public health committee chairman, Governor Bala Mohammad has done well in all the areas of critical infrastructures in the interest of the development and growth of Bauchi state.
He equally noted under Governor Bala Mohammad's democratic leadership, the state has become a reference point across Nigeria, the chairman added.
On the other hand, the delegation from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), equally visited the Provost Garba Hussaini of the College of Health Sciences and TNingi,with the view of assisting the college in the areas of research, logistics and technological growth to attain excellence in areas of global best practices in public health.
Responding, the provost of the College of Health Sciences and Technology Ningi has appreciated the delegations from the Central Bank and Bauchi State House Assembly for the visit/Supports
The provost extends great appreciation to Governor Bala Mohammad of Bauchi state for giving the college all the required facilities and support in keeping the college moving in the desired global direction.
He also noted that the management staff had created a conducive atmosphere of learning, discipline and professionalism in the minds of the students of the college, this was a result of great determination and desire being created by the school authority to enable scientific research, technological innovations and growth across the diverse society of citadel learning, excellence and productivity.
