If I remember correctly, there was a time in 2013-14 when I read an article titled "Why the Best Spies in MOSSAD and the CIA are Women."

There was also a time in 2023 I watched an Indian film in which they trained a female spy; and she did exceptionally. Despite the actions was in film, I really liked the character. 

There is also a book titled; "A Woman of No Importance: The Untold Story of the American Spy Who Helped Win World War II." Though I have some reservations about the book, but it portrays how influential women can be. 

In my interactions, I have noticed that women are often more attentive to details than men. A point you mentioned and forgot, they can remember and act on it. Sometimes this can lead them to hold grudges or change their perspectives.

That's why, if you find a serious woman in classroom or in workplace, she studies or work smart and hard more exceptionally than her male counterparts. There are many instances of this.

I think women are born naturally spies, by their nature, we may agree on this.
