Senator Shehu Buba, representing Bauchi South Senatorial District, paid a condolence visit to Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimin Zayam in Toro Local Government Area following the passing of his mother, Hajiya Salamatu Usman Bukar.
During the visit, Senator Buba expressed his heartfelt sympathy and prayed for Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus. He also prayed for Allah to grant the family strength and patience to bear this profound loss.
As a gesture of support, Senator Buba donated a vehicle to the Rimin Zayam community for transporting deceased individuals to the graveyard. He further pledged to assist in the completion of a mosque currently under construction in the town.
Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimin Zayam thanked Senator Buba for his visit and offered prayers for Allah to bless and strengthen him. He also acknowledged the senator's numerous contributions to human capital development, noting that these efforts have positively impacted both urban and rural communities.
Special prayers were offered for the peaceful repose of Hajiya Salamatu Usman Bukar's soul during the visit.
This visit reflects Senator Buba’s commitment to supporting his constituents in times of need. Known for his philanthropy, Senator Buba has previously distributed over 5,000 bags of rice, 100 solar panels, two cars, and 10 motorcycles to his constituents, according to Alhaji Bukar.
