During the 9th convocation ceremony of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA) in Katsina State, Hon. Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations, was conferred with an honourary doctorate degree in Engineering.
