The Founder and President of Maryam Abacha American University, Prof. Gwarzo, has received a public apology from a concerned individual, following a controversial tweet that was perceived as damaging to the institution's integrity.
In a statement released on Friday, the individual, identified as Hon. Red Pen (@Miniko_jnr), expressed sincere regret for the post, which was interpreted as injurious to the reputation of the institution.
“It was never my intention to undermine the reputation of such a distinguished institution that plays a vital role in shaping the future of countless students,” the statement read.
