Chikaji Aminu Isah, the 18th Commandant of the Nigerian Navy School of Armament Technology has visited the Emir of Zazzau Mallam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli to foster relationship and further enhance synergy with the traditional institutions.
Isah who is also the Maritime Component Commander of Operation Fansan Yamma was accompanied by Senior officers to the Emir's palace in Zaria.
The Commandant said the visit was aimed at seeking royal blessings and enhancing mutual relationship with the Zazzau emirate and by extension, the traditional institutions.in the state.
He added that the visit underscore the importance of building relationships between the military and traditional institutions towards promoting peace and stability in the country.
Responding, the Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli while appreciating the visit, expressed traditional leader's support to all security agencies especially in the fight against insecurity.
He applauded the effort of the Nigerian armed forces in tackling the numerous security challenges across the country, urging them not to relent towards providing a secured nation for the citizens.
The Emir who praised the activities of Operation Fansan yamma for its security initiatives said their untiring commitment has yielded fruitful results and restored confidence to Nigerians.
Bamalli therefore appealed to all Nigerians to support and cooperate with security agencies in their bid to sustain peace and stability of the nation.
