The All Green Agro Field Farmers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria (AGAFPAMA) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Hon. Aminu Muhammad Daura as the Director General of the National Agricultural Seed Council.
The commendation was made on Friday through the office of the association’s National Secretary, Amb. (Dr) Nura Hashimu Minna (Tallafin Bosso Karami, Magayakin Jihar Yamma), following the official announcement of the appointment.
Amb. Hashimu expressed joy over the President’s decision, noting that the appointment fulfills a promise made by President Tinubu to prioritize youth inclusion and give more leadership opportunities to Nigerians, particularly from the North.
“Mr. President is a leader of integrity. We are grateful to God Almighty and thankful to our President for fulfilling his pledge. We believe this is just the beginning, and more appointments will come for Northern youth, In-sha-Allah,” he said.
Prior to his appointment, Hon. Aminu Muhammad Daura served as Chairman of the Northern Nigeria Youth Leaders Forum, Katsina State Chapter.
Amb. Hashimu prayed for the success of the new DG, asking Allah (SWT) to protect and guide him in his new role. He assured the presidency that Hon. Aminu would not disappoint, and called on Nigerians to offer prayers for his success in steering the Seed Council toward greater development.
