President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to visit Anambra State on Thursday, May 8, marking his second visit to the South-East region this year.
According to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Engagement, Fredrick Nwabufo, the President will inaugurate several projects executed by the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo during the visit.
“President Tinubu will visit Anambra State tomorrow, May 8,” the statement read. “It will be the President’s second visit to the South-East this year. In January, he visited Enugu, which was his first official stop of the year.
“Last week, the President was in Katsina, where he made bold and decisive declarations against banditry and terrorism.
“In Anambra, he will inaugurate projects undertaken by Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration.
“The significance of the visit lies in strengthening national unity and reinforcing the President’s commitment to serving all Nigerians.”
