The Kautal Pullaku Fulbe Association has expressed deep appreciation for the efforts and contributions of sister Fulani associations towards improving the living standards of pastoralists across Nigeria.
In a press statement signed by the Association’s National Secretary General, Suleiman Ruga Ibrahim, the leadership reaffirmed its respect and admiration for groups such as Kautal Hore, the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, Gan Allah, Tabbital Pullaku, Bandiraku, and others, acknowledging the positive impact they have made in supporting the Fulani pastoralist community.
"The Kautal Pullaku Fulbe Association is not established to rival, challenge, or undermine any Fulbe leader or association," the statement clarified. "Rather, it was founded to contribute its own quota towards the welfare and progress of the pastoralist population."
The Association emphasised its commitment to upholding its stated aims and objectives, rooted in its mission, vision, and values—all of which are geared towards uplifting the less privileged and disadvantaged among Fulani herders.
Meanwhile, the Association has instructed all national and state executives, as well as general members, not to respond to any malicious or fabricated statements made against the Association by individuals or organisations.
However, the statement warned that while the Association advocates for peace and unity, it will not tolerate any form of blackmail, victimisation, or unwarranted attacks aimed at tarnishing the image of its members or the Association itself.
"Any deliberate attempt to defame or misrepresent us will be appropriately addressed through the media or any other suitable channel," it stated.
The Association concluded with a call for unity and collective progress: “Let us unite and move Pullaku forward.”
