A former News Editor with Newsline Newspaper, Mohammed Ndana Sule, popularly known as Samaritan, has been appointed as Principal Private Secretary (PPS) to the Chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Dr. Aminu Yusuf.

The appointment followed the official approval of the NPC Chairman.

Sule, a retired Deputy Director, served the Niger State Government through the Niger Printing and Publishing Company, publishers of Newsline and Tauraruwa newspapers, where he distinguished himself as a seasoned media professional with vast experience in governance reporting and editorial leadership.

Meanwhile, the Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of The Eagle Eye Online has congratulated Sule on his well-deserved appointment, describing it as a recognition of his professionalism and years of dedicated service to journalism.

Similarly, the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Niger State Council, has congratulated the former News Editor on his appointment as PPS to the NPC Chairman.

In a statement signed by the Assistant Secretary of the Union, Comrade Abubakar Adamu Kuta, the NUJ described Sule as a committed professional whose track record of hard work, resilience, and invaluable experience would justify the confidence reposed in him.

The statement added that the Union was proud of his achievement and expressed optimism that he would continue to make the NUJ proud in the discharge of his new responsibilities.

The NUJ also wished him success in the performance of the onerous task ahead.

Sule’s new role is expected to strengthen internal coordination, strategic communication, and operational efficiency within the office of the NPC Chairman.
