Gaza hospital officials report that Israeli forces killed at least 11 Palestinians in separate attacks across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, including two 13-year-old boys, three journalists, and a woman.

In one strike, Israeli drones hit the eastern side of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, killing a 13-year-old boy, his father, and a 22-year-old man. Officials at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in nearby Deir al-Balah confirmed they had received the bodies.

In a separate attack, the regime's forces killed three brothers in a tank shelling of Bureij refugee camp, with their bodies taken to the same hospital, officials said.

Another 13-year-old boy was shot dead by Israeli forces while collecting firewood in the eastern town of Bani Suheila, Nasser Hospital confirmed. In footage circulating online, the boy’s father is seen crying over his son’s body on a hospital bed.

Later in the day, Israeli forces attacked a vehicle carrying three Palestinian journalists in the central town of al-Zahraa.

According to Mohammed Mansour, spokesman for the Egyptian government committee overseeing the camp, the journalists were filming its operations at a newly established displacement site in Netzarim, central Gaza.

The bodies of two journalists were taken to al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, while the third was transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Video footage circulating online showed the charred, bombed-out vehicle by the roadside, with debris scattered around it.

Nasser Hospital officials said they received the body of a Palestinian woman who was shot and killed by Israeli troops in the al-Mawasi area of the southern city of Khan Younis.

The killings are among the latest reported in Gaza since a US-brokered ceasefire went into effect in October.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, more than 470 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since the ceasefire began.

The United Nations children’s agency, UNICEF, said on January 13 that more than 100 children have been killed in Gaza since October.

UNICEF spokesperson James Elder told reporters that nearly all of the deaths — 60 boys and 40 girls — resulted from Israeli military attacks, including air strikes, drone strikes, tank shelling, gunfire and quadcopter fire. A small number were caused by unexploded remnants of war.

He said the death toll was likely an underestimate, as it was based only on cases where sufficient information was available.

“Survival remains conditional,” Elder said. “While the bombings and shootings have slowed and reduced during the ceasefire, they have not stopped.”

Gaza officials say Israeli forces have carried out near-daily attacks since the ceasefire came into effect, particularly in central and southern areas of the territory, often targeting civilians collecting food, firewood, or attempting to return to their homes.
