Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress in Sabon Gari Local Government Area, under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Sheikh Jamilu Abubakar Albani Samaru Zaria, have unanimously endorsed consensus candidates ahead of the forthcoming party primaries.
The meeting brought together party leaders, elders, political office holders, youth and women representatives, as well as ward stakeholders from across the local government area. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to party unity, stability, and the continued progress of the APC at all levels.
The endorsed candidates are:
President — Bola Ahmed Tinubu
Governor — Uba Sani
Senate — Dr. Mukhtar Ramalan Yero
House of Representatives — Hon. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi
Kaduna State House of Assembly, Sabon Gari Constituency — Hon. Nasiru Idris
Kaduna State House of Assembly, Basawa Constituency — Hon. Malam Sani Basawa
The stakeholders described the endorsement as a collective decision aimed at strengthening party unity, ensuring continuity in leadership, and supporting credible candidates with the capacity and commitment to deliver quality representation and development to the people.
They added that the decision represents the official position of APC stakeholders in Sabon Gari Local Government Area in the interest of peace, unity, progress, and the overall success of the party.
The stakeholders also pledged to mobilize support for all endorsed candidates during the primaries and the subsequent general elections.
