The Governor of Kebbi State, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, has inaugurated the Governing Board of the Kebbi State Investment Promotion Agency (KIPA).

Speaking during the inauguration on Tuesday at the Council Chamber, Government House, Birnin Kebbi, Governor Idris highlighted the initiative's objective of fostering effective management processes to drive investment development in the state.

The governor urged the board members to approach their responsibilities with dedication, emphasizing the importance of successfully implementing all outlined strategies and requirements.

"I am pleased today because this aligns with my administration's mission and vision to achieve our goals of expanding the state's economy and increasing internally generated revenue (IGR)," the governor stated.

He further expressed confidence in the board, noting that their appointments were based on merit. "I promise to fully support the board to ensure it accomplishes its goals and objectives," he added.
