The Commissioner for Nomadic and Pastoral Affairs has called on nomadic staff to promote harmony, resilience, and collective responsibility in order to strengthen state unity.
Speaking at the 6th Annual Conference, he emphasized the need for Sarkin Fulani and Ardos—traditional Fulani leaders—to foster inclusivity and enhance cohesion across Niger State.
The commissioner acknowledged the efforts of the Niger State Governor in integrating the Fulani community into government and, most notably, in implementing rural development projects that facilitate dialogue and cooperation.
He urged the Fulani community to support the Niger State Government in promoting unity and development. Concluding his remarks, he extended Ramadan greetings and called for collective efforts toward the progress of Niger State.
