Graduating students of Arewa Ambassador International College of Health Science and Technology Zaria, have been advised to be productive in their profession to excel in life.
Dr. Ukashatu Hamza Musa, Librarian, Federal University Dutsin Ma, Katsina advised his lecture at the graduation and matriculation of the college at the weekend.
He said that when you are productive, you become an asset. "I want society to see you as one of the assets within your family".
"When you are an asset, you are going to contribute and impact positively.
Dr. Ukashatu also tasked the outgoing students to continue searching for seminars, workshops, and conferences to update their knowledge and skills,
“Also to find experienced mentors who can guide them on your professional journey.
” You need to stay more and more informed in your profession because when you are informed, you are not ignorant. When you are not ignorant, you are enlightened.
“When you are enlightened, you are educated. When you are educated, you are knowledgeable. When you are knowledgeable, you are experienced.
“When the nation and the world advance further, you are better for it, when you are better for it, the entire nation and the world become peaceful to live. So when you are living peacefully, you will need to stay more informed”. He said.
In his remarks, the Grand Patron of the college, Justice Ishaq Bello commended the management for sustaining the excellent academic performance since its inception.
Justice Bello advised the college management not to relent on efforts towards achieving the aims of the establishment of the institution.
The chairman of the occasion, Comrade Abdul Aziz Suleiman, said the college will continue to excel and urged the school management to maintain the academic excellence it is known.
In his welcome address, the Director of the College, Malam Murtala Iliyasu expressed his deepest appreciation to the College’s Chief Patron, Justice Ishaq Bello for his unwavering support and instrumental in shaping the growth and progress of the college.
Murtala Iliyasu said Justice Ishaq’s dedication to the advancement of education and his tireless efforts to provide opportunities for their students have been truly inspiring.
The director also acknowledged Comrade Abdul Aziz Sulaiman, the spokesperson of Arewa Elders Forum’s leadership and strategic vision which is instrumental in steering the college towards excellence.
“Comrade Suleiman’s commitment to ‘excellence and passion for education has been instrumental in the success of college,” he added.
Malam Murtala Iliyasu expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed to the development and success of Arewa Ambassador International College of Health Science and Technology.
